    Sunday 11th March saw lots of our girls from U8 through to U16s play a mixture of County league and friendlies  against West Pennine and South Ribble respectively. The day started at 9am sharp with our U15/16 combined team playing West Pennine.     Second up on 11th March was our U13s. With a squad of 11 available there was lots of versatility amongst the girls. The squad has been playing weekly on the Leyland Junior League and we were looking for them to really show us how they improved and developed.     We're thrilled to announce that Wyre NC have been awarded SILVER CAPS from England Netball. CAPS (Club Action Planning Scheme) is a programme which aims to support Clubs to deliver a quality netball development programme and operate in line with best practice.     Lancashire Club's Tournament - Primary Review
    Wyre Entered the Blackpool NC hosted Lancashire Club's tournament on Saturday 11th March. Having entered 4 teams in the same tournament last year it was incredibly pleasing to be able to enter 8 teams this year including lots of new members to the club. 4 Primary aged teams were entered with all 4 Teams working incredibly hard through what was a fast and busy day of netball.     Wyre NC to Launch Primary aged Session at Garstang YMCA, Tuesday 21st Feb 2017 Wyre Netball Club is a community based club providing coaching for players school years 3 through to senior level. Our coaches provide a safe, fun and competitive environment, offering quality coaching to all players.  As a club we offer many opportunities for playing, coaching and more. We currently have club members playing within the Lancashire Netball set up and have 4 teams (aged14+) competing in local leagues.

    Wyre Netball Club enjoy a Fantastic day at  Chorley Infernos Lancashire Clubs Tournament Sunday October 9th saw coaches Abby, Michelle & Tara up bright and early to meet arriving players and parents at St. Joseph's school Horwich at 9:00am.  Wyre NC had entered 5 teams, 2 from our primary aged set up and three more from our Year 7+ age groups.     Wyre Greens record their first win of the Winter Season
    In the second round matches  of the Winter Season Wyre Greens recorded their first win against local team Firth Diamonds. The starting 7 was: GK- Elise, GD - Mia, WD - Katie, C - Meghan, WA - Lauryn, GA - Daisy, GS - Laura with Eden ready to come on in quarter 2.     Wyre Netball Club are pleased to announce we will be launching Back to Netball on October 5th 2016 The sessions will be held indoor at Thornton YMCA every Wednesday 8-9pm.
